I never wrote about Sunday, and I suppose it was interesting enough to warrant its own post, so here it is. In the morning I found my way to the botanical gardens. They were pretty good - I wouldn’t consider them a must see or anything (in botanical-garden world I would say [this] rates higher), but interesting nonetheless. I climbed up a tower and was able to grab this shot of the city:

As part of day 6 I forgot to mention a couple of gypsy houses that we drove by. When someone says “we’re going to go see some gypsy houses” I don’t know what you think of - but definitely not this:

I’m skipping day 5 since it was mostly work, and day 7 is interesting enough to warrant its own post, so let’s start with day 6! I was picked up at 10 AM for our trip to the lake in the mountains, outside of Cluj (near the town of Belis, Romania). On the way we stopped near what I can best describe as a village with a flea market - only everyone was selling the same things. Here’s the first picture:
